The patient is responsible for:
- Providing accurate/complete information related to their health.
- Their actions if they refuse treatment or fail to follow the plan of care prescribed.
- Making their healthcare providers aware if they do not understand the proposed treatment or expectations of them.
- Being respectful and considerate of other patients and the personnel of the surgery center, and following the facilities’ rules and regulations.
- Providing feedback, suggestions and comments and/or complaints to help the center improve our service needs.
